Shipping Policy

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These Terms collectively represent the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and supersede any other agreement or understanding (written, oral or implied) that you and we may have had. Any statement, inducement, promise, covenant or condition not expressly found either in these Terms shall be deemed as void.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping of the order from BK Saraf Pvt. Ltd. is very safe, secure and hassle free. All our products are insured during the in transit by insurance company.

We are really excited to offer shipping throughout India. The product prices displayed on the Application are exclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the government at the time of ordering.

Shipment Tracking

Every package of product purchased from BK Saraf Pvt. Ltd. will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. Our courier partners are BVC Logistics/ Sequel Pvt. Ltd. We will dispatch through any of these courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a tracking id.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays or in case of FORCE MAJEURE (pls refer to Terms and conditions).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
